How do I return an item?
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR SPIRIT ESSENCES HOLISTIC REMEDIES:
You may return most unopened and unused products in original, sellable condition within 30 days of your order date for a refund equal to the product amount (not including shipping charges or tax). Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor returns of merchandise that comes back to us damaged. You may want to insure your package. Once we receive the product, we will credit your card/paypal account.

BOOKS AND AUDIO BOOKS:
Books may not be returned. Audio books may be returned if they are in their original shrink wrap.
PET FOOD and TREATS: We do not take returns on pet food or treats.
We do not take returns on any toys that have been opened. We do not take returns on toys that are unwrapped/unsealed.
Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. All items must be reported within the 30 day return policy period.
Ordered the wrong size or item? Simply place a new order online for the correct item and return any item(s) that you do not want in their original condition following the instructions above.

MOUNTAIN CAT TREESShipping
Ships vis UPS Ground from Orange, MA 01364 to the continental U.S. only.
- Scratching Posts: usually kept in stock and therefore may ship in a little as two days but up to two weeks.
- Cat Trees: made at the time of order and generally ship anywhere from 2-4 weeks. In rare cases when waiting on a supplier it could be up to 6 weeks.
- Cat Climbers: please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping.
Warranty, Care, and Usage Info
Since the cat trees are crafted from real trees, it is possible that over time small cracks will appear in the wood of the tree as it dries. This is normal and will not affect the structural integrity of the cat tree.
All Mountain Cat Trees are guaranteed against structural defects and against breaking under normal use for up to one year from purchase. The following guidelines must be followed.
- Do not pick up your new cat tree by any of the platforms. Grasp the base and one of the tree lengths to pick up and move it.
- The products are for indoor use only and should not be placed in an area where they could get wet.
- They should be kept away from extreme heat such as woodstoves or radiators. Very low humidity could cause more cracks to appear in the tree.
- Children should not climb on the cat trees.
- The cat trees and scratching posts come with rubber feet for no slip on hard floors. They are only designed to be used with all the feet touching the floor. Do not place the product in any position that will compromise its stability.
- If a product fails or breaks under normal use within one year from the date of purchase we will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) minus shipping costs. The warranty does not cover sisal scratcher wear and tear.
We should be notified of returns within 5 days of customer receiving the item and the product must reach us within 14 days. Customer pays for return shipping costs. Products must be unused condition free from scratches or cat hair. We cannot accept a return if the product has been taken out of it’s packaging and introduced to a cat. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on the basis that the cat is not using the product. Customer should keep original packaging to return an item.

Every item we sell comes with Sleepypod's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding all shipping charges). Sleepypod will refund return shipping expenses if the item was sent in error by Sleepypod or if the item was damaged in shipping.
Limited 1-Year Warranty
All products made by Sleepypod carry a Limited 1-Year Warranty. All of our products are manufactured under the highest standards and are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for 1 years from the date of purchase or as long as the original Purchaser owns the product (proof of purchase is required), whichever is shorter.
This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, use during competition, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials, seams or components which may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to normal "wear and tear" of the product.
If the product is found to be defective, Sleepypod's only obligation and the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. Sleepypod shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
Except for the express warranty stated above, Sleepypod makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied. We reserve the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without prior notice.
All returns must be sent to Sleepypod at the Purchaser's expense. Any product we find to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
- What Happens if There's a Problem With My Order?
We have a lifetime repair warranty to handle any manufacturing defects. All of our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product (proof of purchase is required). - How Do I Return a Product?
We accept returns within 30 days with no questions asked. After that, we will ask a few questions. You need to file a return claim form
and you will be responsible for return postage.
We distinguish between the following four types of claims:
Warranty Repairs or Replacements - Something is broken, you received the wrong thing or something was missing.
Before you file a claim, please make sure you read our warranty information.
Within 30 Days of Receipt
If you find your merchandise to be faulty, incomplete or otherwise undesirable within 30 days of receipt, we will repair/replace AND ship any items free of charge, using the SAME shipping method (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight) stated on your original order. Faster return shipping is available for an extra fee. We will arrange for the return of your unwanted merchandise at our own option and expense. Should we find that your return merchandise does not reflect an error on our part, you may be liable for all shipping fees. So, please be sure we really made the mistake.
After 30 Days of Receipt
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise after 30 days of receipt, please return any faulty merchandise to:

Most importantly, please include a copy of your invoice, packing slip or order confirmation. We will typically repair or replace it within 5 days of receipt. Thereafter, we will return it to you free of charge using the most economical shipping method (usually UPS Ground). Faster return shipping is available for an extra fee.
Refunds - You want your money back.
Any product in good, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt. We credit towards your original method of payment when possible. To get a refund, it is NOT necessary to file a claim. Simply send your merchandise to us along with proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation or packing slip) back to us. If no documentation is provided, we may not be able to process your refund. Please note: Since we cannot be liable for lost packages that do not arrive at our warehouse, it may be a good idea to send it using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges - You want a different size, color or style.
Should you wish to exchange any product for another item, simply place a new order through our website and return any unwanted merchandise to us for a refund (see above). Once we receive your return merchandise in good condition, we will issue a refund less shipping charges.
Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly. Please use the form for any such claim. Should your organization or office refuse delivery of any package, and the package is returned to us, we will treat this as a refund (see above). If you would like us to redeliver, you will need to place another order with us..

Ships to addresses in the United States only, from Portland, OR. In most cases, in-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving order and delivered with US Postal Service or UPS Ground.
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your Square Cat Habitat product in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Returns need to be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. If we receive a returned item not in its orignal condition, we will reduce your refund by the amount necessary to restore it. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.

URBAN PET HAUS
All Urban Pet Haus products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects for 1 year. If you find any issues, please send a picture and let us know so we can replace or repair your item. Keep in mind that items damaged by your loved ones are not returnable.
Please inspect your Urban Pet Haus items BEFORE letting your pets get at them. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Please note that used items are not returnable for sanitary reasons. Any refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. You may returns an un-used product within 30-days of your purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses. We reserve the right to send (at our expense) replacement parts or hardware in the event something arrives missing/damaged, rather than send an entire new unit.
