One of my cats is feral. I've had her for over a year and still haven't been able to come any closer than three feet from her. She wouldn't react to any of the regular store-bought toys, including laser pointer. Not even a swat. Da Bird immediately brought something special out of her and now she's playing like a normal cat. She even tuns on her back and is not afraid to show me her belly! We are finally making the emotional connection, building trust and I hope that someday soon she will let me pet her.

All four of my cats LOVE this! I've been dividing them into groups of two to play together, as four just creates bad mojo. My cats are wearing me out with this game!

Da Bird -Great Toy but Doesnt Last

My cats absolutely LOVE Da Bird; however, as soon as they catch the bird they start chewing on it. It gets soggy quickly and the feathers fall out, or the feathers get bent or break and the toy no longer "flies". I think a synthectic version of this toy with stronger feathers would be fantastic so the cats can chew on it. I must have bought at least 5 of these toys so far, and about 7 refills, as they last only a week or so. I am about to buy more, but this is getting annoying!

My cat Lizzie loves playing with flight toys, she won't play with anything else - even though she's not your typical birder. She loves watching the ground birds outside the window in her room, and I noticed she really loved the sound of their wings so I thought I would give the Da Bird a go. I keep it low to the ground for her mimicking the way swallows fly in figure 8s and she loves it! Now that we have adopted a kitten, she knows that when her Da Bird comes out it's time for mummy and Liz time :) Great toy for cats of all kinds :)

My vet told me one of my cats needed to lose weight. This particular cat does not like to go outside and spends much of her time sleeping. We got the DA BIRD and the sleepy,lazy cat went wild. She gets a great workout with this wonderful toy!!! The movement is like a bird!! All my cats love it!!
